  On the plus side, they got me in and out in a timely manner. When I arrived at my appointment time that I had called and set the previous day, they had no record of my appointment. I asked what was included in the oil, lube and filter - they were clear that they would replace the oil, the filter, and grease the fittings. I waited for my truck, when they were done, I asked them if everything had been done - including the fittings. Their answer was a resounding 'yes.' I proceeded to leave the dealership and stopped to check the fittings (I have had issues with dealerships skipping the grease fittings in the past). Not surprisingly, they had failed to grease the fittings. I then called the dealership and asked to talk to the service adviser I dealt with - I asked again if they had greased or just checked the fittings and he again verified that they had greased the fittings. I then told him that was not the case and asked to talk to the service manager and was told he would get back with me to let me know what they could do for me. He then asked me to come back in so they could finish the service, I told him that I couldn't at this time however decided to go back. Once I arrived, I asked if they wanted to see the fittings and he advised no that they would just take the truck back and grease them. I told him at this point I would do it myself. I then asked to talk to the service manager which I was not allowed to do. Instead the guy I was already talking to went back, talked to the manager and came back with the 'offer.' They offered to "work with me if I will work with them" including grease the fittings and give me $30 off my next visit. Unfortunately, I have no desire to take my truck back to a service department that cannot do things right the first time especially when I am not allowed to talk to the service manager about my concerns. Because of this, I have called Chevy Customer Service and are working them to see how to proceed. I do not recommend you take your vehicle here and I will not be back.
