  Very poor customer service and follow through with customer requests. Needed to have furnace looked at in home we rent in Big Rapids. It was made very clear that if the cost was to be more than $150, this wasn't relayed to the repairman from office staff, nor was he told the home had a renter in it and to contact homeowner with all information. We were billed more as we were not contacted, this issue has since been cleared up, we have been reimbursed the additional amount charged. Thank you Charlie!!!! Everything is good!!
