  While we were helped right away (only 1 other customer in the store) we received an "I don't know" and no offer to find out on a tech question. When we went to pay, the cashier didn't know how to run the credit/debit machine. We use a credit card that deducts directly from our checking account, it is not a debit card, it is just a credit card, your suggestion to"just put in any PIN #" doesn't even make sense. Neither does insisting " it IS a debit card because the machine says it is!"
