  Takes 900 years for a simple oil change. Also forgot to put part of my Cadillac rim logo on after changing my tire out. I had to drive the 26 miles to go back to get the damn thing. They are seriously a last resort. I would rather go to the muffler man.
  
  Update went there a few weeks ago to get tires mounted it was snowing bad muffler man wasn't open... Took forever.... Guy ringing us up screwed up the amount due took forever for him to figure out how to delete the random stuff he put on our bill. Gives my husband the wrong amount of change back has to get manager to open his till that took forever. Forgot to give us our keys I thought my husband had them he thought I had them nope dippy at the register kept them. When I left I asked the lady who worked on my car because if it was the guy that rang us up I would want it redone.... I feel like he would forget to tighten lugnuts or something dear God how scary do they have standards there do people do random checks on them to insure they are following all proceedures
