  Dr Mossell was pleasant and professional. However, the staff seated at reception is not. Difficult patient called office, reception window wide open. Could hear the rude receptioist on phone, then proceeded to discuss with co-workers after call ended. Very unprofessional. In addition, the office was filthy dirty. Hope no one has an open wound .
